A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposit is applied toward your total at final payment.

— Outside bartenders not permitted — bar service provided by Shawnee staff only
— Outside food and beverages not permitted inside the facility
— Kitchen use requires a licensed and insured caterer
— Events exceeding 6 hours may be extended at $300/hour (subject to availability)
— Additional setup time beyond 1 hour is $50/hour
— Guests may not park in front of fire truck doors
